1. Processing & Handling Time

• Quality Check: Every bottle undergoes a final inspection before being packed.
• Timeline: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
• Busy Periods: During sales or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4-6 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has left our lab.
  

  2. Damaged or Leaking Items

  While we pack with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit.

  • If your bottle arrives broken or shows signs of leaking, please contact our support team at Apoteka Fragrances within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
  • We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any verified transit damage.
